Depuis 1960, la famille Raymond est établie à Chambly et à Richelieu. Aujourd'hui dirigée par la deuxième et la troisième génération, Rayco développe ses propres projets immobiliers résidentiels et commerciaux à Richelieu et au centre-ville de Chambly.
